These terms apply to your use of the Willow & Form website and to any order you place with us. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Willow & Form is an online womenswear store based in London, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello.willowform@gmail.com.

2. Our products

We take care to show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Measurements are given in inches on each product page. We may change or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error. If we do, we will tell you and refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

5. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Estimated delivery is 7 to 14 working days from your order date, as set out in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for your order passes to you once it has been delivered to the address you gave us.

6. Cancellations and returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Full details are in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

8. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will tell you and do what we can to reduce the delay.

All text, images and videos on this website belong to Willow & Form or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

10. Relationship with Shopify

Willow & Form is powered by Shopify. Any purchase you make on this website is made directly with Willow & Form, and Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale.
